I tried doing a search on this but the answer i got were just kinda... not to the point, most I been able to find on the threads is the possibility of outside of quarrel falls or the henge of denravi.

Anyone here to support these findings and is there anywhere else to find these suckers? I am sick of my GIANT moa bird (damn i just noticed how big he grew, i'm like HALF his size and he is lvl 15)

I believe the only lizards you can charm are the dune lizards in the Crystal Desert.

Oh? I have heard about these lizards maybe 2309480234823 times in these threads before, some say they are untameable but then people say they are, so I dunno. Would be nice if I could get a actual GREEN lizard, dont want no stupid brown one.

Yes the only charmable lizard in the Dune Lizard.
